In actual fact, they were fined because of AFS late by 6 market days and Annual Report late by 31 market days. In terms of 16.67% results deviation, they actually overdeclared their losses of RM210m when it was in actual fact RM175m. This can be viewed positively as they have take a cautious step in reporting their losses although it was view as a weakness by Bursa Malaysia.

That being said, the latest Audited FS have shown positive results and that business has actually picked up following the fire incident. Just need to push for the Fat Choi CEO to deliver some dividends before the stock price can actually pick up.

Anyone remember's the case of what happened to airasia? Short-selling covering? What do u think will happen after today? Most likely rally 2-3 days more before going down again.

And another thing to take note of is that SEA LION exploration is classified as intangible assets, so whether anot the oil was found, the NTA per share does not change. So then what is the par value of this share even after SEA lion goes to waste? Definitely ranged around RM0.40. Only RM13.8m out of 68.2m was spent on it. What's the % relative to overall shareholder value?

Fundamentally speaking and trading indicators clearly show an uptrend.
